"Mazhor LTD" LLC is one of the leading distributors of the impulse group of goods in the Chernivtsi region. The company offers its customers a wide range of confectionery, grocery, bakery products, as well as household goods, household chemicals at favorable prices.
task
At the beginning of the project, we faced several important tasks. We needed to do a complete redesign of an outdated site that didn't meet modern standards. Special attention had to be paid to the review and optimization of product categories, because the existing structure was inconvenient for users. In addition, the site had to include many types of products, but look easy to understand and not overloaded visually. We also had to improve the checkout process and shopping cart to make this process intuitive and convenient for site visitors.
decision
Our team constantly communicated with the customer for a deep understanding of his needs and expectations. We conducted a detailed analysis of competitors and the previous site to identify strengths and weaknesses. Based on the received data, the structure of product categories was developed, interactive prototypes were created, the design and its adaptation for mobile devices were developed, the whole process was agreed with the customer at each stage. We paid special attention to the creation of intuitive product categories and the simplest order flow to ensure a convenient and pleasant experience for users.
